This is either a half or one day session that acts as a catalyst and accelerator to get project teams to work more cohesively together therby becoming productive faster.

- Team Principles & Rules of Engagement
- Operational & Relationship KRA’s
- Conflict & Communication Protocols.
- Designing our way forward
- Observing and Reflecting Frameworks- Creating Dynamic Intervening & Post-Implementation reviews.
Some teams have combined this with a fun activity such as a kayaking trip on Sydney Harbour or a bush walk.
